Need help logging in?

• Your ID number is the 9-digit number on your OSU ID card. You may enter your SSN or your ID number in the "OSU ID" field.

• Your General Access PIN (or GAP) is a 6-digit number known only to you. All GAPs are initially set as birth dates, in the MMDDYY format. After you have logged in for the first time you will be prompted to change your GAP to a new number. This will guarantee your privacy. You will also enter a Question and Answer for future identification if you forget your GAP.

• If you don't remember the GAP you set, enter your OSU ID and click Forgot GAP? If you enter the correct answer to the question you previously established, then you will be allowed to select a new GAP.
